SB Serbest Muhasebeci Mali MüÅŸavirlik A.Åž. was established in 2006 by Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor Åžafak VelioÄŸlu who has worked in tax and consultancy departments of KPMG, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Erdikler for many years.

We provide consultancy services for financial and accounting issues in relation with Turkish Income Tax Law, Corporate Tax Law, Code of Tax Procedures, Value Added Tax Law, Incentive and Foreign Capital Legislations, Code of Labor and Social Security Legislation.

Founding Partner
Following his graduation from Economics Department of Economics Faculty of Istanbul University, Åžafak VelioÄŸlu worked in tax departments of KPMG, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Erdikler between 1999 and 2006. In June 2006, he established SB Serbest Muhasebeci Mali MüÅŸavirlik A.Åž..

During his tenure, he offered tax audit and consultancy services to many local and international companies operating in the manufacturing, service and finance industries. He attended various tax seminars and trainings in Turkey and abroad.
​
Åžafak VelioÄŸlu currently owns Turkish Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor titles.
